Three channels, each for its own thing: email for anything that needs an answer, Telegram to hear what’s new, and YouTube to watch the program at work.

Support, licences, purchases and bugs. What you write stays in writing, with its answer. For a bug, say which system and which version: it’s in the program’s footer.

The program really at work: searching, judging, exporting, and a video for each of the three programs.
Watch the channelWe will never ask on Telegram or YouTube for your order number, your licence or a payment. Your order number opens your downloads and your licence: it is yours alone. Payments are made only on this website. If someone asks in our name, it isn’t us.
Before writing, the answer may already be in the Documentation: it is the program’s own Help, chapter by chapter. And if you haven’t bought yet, see the questions before buying.
