Terms of sale and licence
What you buy. A licence to use a program you download, not the program itself: BotFactoryFX ($999, one payment), BFQuarantine ($199, one payment) or the upgrade from BFQuarantine to BotFactoryFX ($799). With a referral code (BFR-…), the reduced price the page shows before you pay. Each licence covers up to three of your computers, each with its own key tied to that computer, and every new version of that program we publish, with no further payment and no subscription. BFInspector and the in-browser trial of BotFactoryFX are free.
Try it first. BotFactoryFX can be tried in full in your browser, free and with no time limit, on your own data (up to 25,000 candles). Please do, before you buy.
Payment. In crypto (USDT or Bitcoin) through the Plisio payment gateway. Prices are in US dollars; the gateway tells you how much to send in the currency you pick. Your wallet’s or exchange’s fees for sending the payment are yours.
Delivery. As soon as the network confirms the payment, your purchase page lets you download the program for Linux (Windows and macOS, when they are available) and request each computer’s licence. We email you that address: keep it.
Your right of withdrawal
EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For a program you download, that right ends when the download begins, provided you have expressly agreed to it beforehand (Article 103(m) of Spain’s consumer protection act, from Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). That is why a box at checkout asks you to agree, and your purchase email confirms it in writing.
We don’t refund “just because”, after you could try everything for free. If something doesn’t work, read the next point.
If something doesn’t work: the guarantee
The program has to do what we say it does. If it doesn’t, write to support@botfactoryfx.com with your version and what happens. We’ll look into it with you and, if you’re right, fix it, or refund your money if it can’t be fixed. That is the guarantee the law gives you for digital content, and we give it without haggling.
What it is for, and what it isn’t
BotFactoryFX and BFQuarantine are analysis tools. They help you decide, but they don’t decide or trade for you and don’t promise you’ll win: no backtest, verdict or quarantine guarantees what the market will do. Trading can cost you all your capital. The robots you export run on your platform, under your control and responsibility.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or decisions made with the program. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
The licence. Use the program on your computers, for yourself, as much as you like. The strategies you build and the robots you export are yours. Don’t sell, lend or share the program or its licence keys, or remove or bypass the licence.
Referrals
Each confirmed purchase gives you a BFR-… code to share. Whoever buys with it pays less, and you earn a commission on each confirmed purchase, in the currency the buyer paid in (USDT over TRON, or Bitcoin), sent to the addresses you leave on your purchase page. The amounts are those on the referrals page on the day of the purchase. Your own code doesn’t count for your own purchases, and we don’t pay commissions obtained by fraud.
Waiting-list discount
Who gets it. Anyone who joins the waiting list and confirms their email, with the link we send, before licences open. A sign-up confirmed after opening day doesn’t count.
What it is. 10% off the price of BotFactoryFX, BFQuarantine and the upgrade, on every purchase made with that same email during the 99 days after opening day. It goes on the invoice, with nothing to ask for, and it stacks with any other discount we offer, such as a referral code: the percentages add up.
Until when. Until the 99th day after opening day; we’ll give you the exact date in the email we send you that day. If you leave the list, the discount leaves with you.
Changes, law and courts
We may change these terms for the future; your purchase is governed by those in force that day. Spanish law applies. As a consumer you can go to the courts where you live, and before that, write to us: almost everything gets sorted out by email.
Privacy
In short. This website uses no cookies and no trackers. The programs run on your computer: your data, strategies and accounts stay there. We keep only what we need to sell you a licence, pay whoever referred you and answer you, and we don’t sell it or hand it to anyone for their own use.
What we keep, and why. When you buy: your email, language, product, amount, currency and payment date, and your order number, to deliver the program and answer you (the contract). The fingerprint of each computer you request a licence for (a code derived from the computer, not your name), to tie each key to it and keep the limit of three (the contract). Your acceptance of the withdrawal box, with its date, to show you agreed (a legal obligation). “How did you hear about us?”, only if you answer it (your consent). If you join the waiting list: your email, the program and your language, only to write to you the day licences open and to apply your 10% discount when you buy with that email (your consent; every email carries a link to leave, and a sign-up you don’t confirm is deleted after 30 days). If you refer buyers: your email, your TRON and Bitcoin addresses and the commissions we pay you (the referral contract). What you write to support@, to answer you. Invoices and payments, as tax law requires.
Who processes it for us. Cloudflare (the store, the support@ mailbox and its storage; USA, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), Plisio (the payment gateway), Proton (the mailbox we read; Switzerland, with an EU adequacy decision) and GitHub (serves this website and the BFInspector downloads and, like any server, logs the IP addresses that request pages; USA, under the same Framework).
How long. Your purchase data while you hold the licence (you need it to download again) and then as long as tax law requires; referral data while commissions are pending and as the law requires; the waiting list, until you leave it or your discount ends; support emails until your question is resolved.
The programs. BotFactoryFX, BFQuarantine and BFInspector keep everything on your computer. They only connect when you ask them to: to download the histories you choose, to check for a new version, to read the platform or wallet you connect, and to talk to the AI you configure, with your own key and provider.
Your rights. Ask us at support@botfactoryfx.com to see, correct, erase or take your data, to restrict what we do with it, or to object. If we don’t answer properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority where you live.
