Paying with crypto

Never owned crypto?
Your card buys it.

We take USDT or Bitcoin. If you have none, your card buys it on an exchange in a little while, and it reaches the invoice in a minute. Here is the whole path, from your card to your download, the fastest and cheapest way: USDT on the TRON network.

Before you start

You will need your card and your ID: the exchange where you buy the crypto will ask for it, because the law requires it of them. We never ask you for it. The first time, allow a little while for the verification.

  1. 1

Open an account on an exchange

An exchange is a crypto bureau de change, with a website and an app. Pick one that operates in your country and is licensed there. We don't recommend any: there are many, and choosing for you is not our trade.

  2. 2

    Buy USDT with your card

USDT is a crypto worth one dollar. Buy a little more than the price: to send it, the exchange charges a withdrawal fee, which it shows you before you confirm, and on TRON it is usually a few USDT.

  3. 3

    Start the purchase here

Press «Buy», pick USDT on TRON (TRC-20), leave your email and press «Continue to payment». Plisio's invoice opens — Plisio is our payment gateway: it gives you the address to send to, the exact amount in USDT, and a time limit to pay.

  4. 4

    Send from your exchange

On your exchange: Withdraw (or Send) → USDT → TRON (TRC-20) network → paste the invoice address → type the amount. If your exchange takes the fee out of the amount you type, add it yourself, so that exactly what the invoice asks for arrives. Before confirming, check the first and last characters of the address.

  5. 5

    Wait a minute

On TRON it usually confirms in about a minute. Your purchase page updates by itself: you will see «Payment received», then your download and your licence. We also email you the link.

What must not go wrong

  • The network has to be TRON (TRC-20). Sending USDT over another network — Ethereum, BNB Chain or any other — to this address loses the money, and nobody can give it back.
  • The exact amount, within the invoice's time limit. If you send too little, or the invoice expires before the payment arrives, write to support@botfactoryfx.com with your order number before doing anything else.
  • We will never ask you to send crypto outside Plisio's invoice — not by email, not on Telegram, not on YouTube. If someone does in our name, it isn't us.

Other ways

From your own wallet

If you already have a TRON wallet (not an exchange), you send the same way to the invoice address, but you also need a little TRX in it: that is what pays the network to move the USDT.

With Bitcoin

Same path, picking Bitcoin at checkout and the Bitcoin network when sending. It takes longer: from 10 minutes to several hours, depending on the fee you set. The payment is not lost: we email you as soon as it arrives.
